This fall we have the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with many other VFX artists on the visual effects for the feature film Beyond the Mask! It is the largest film project in which we have been allowed to be involved. Of course, we are immensely grateful and more than enthusiastic for this brilliant opportunity. In this project we will learn a lot of new and exciting things!<\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond the Mask is an action-packed historical adventure film set in the global turmoil of the 1770s. An assassin from the East India Company buries his past on the run for his life and takes off in a quiet English village under the guise of an Anglican priest. But in this disguise, he can only last until a woman he loves and a war he's fed up with confronts him with the question of who he really is. In the face of a looming global conflict, he discovers for himself the meaning and source of true justification and freedom. Beyond the Mask not only has an epic story, but also an uplifting, encouraging and inspiring message.<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Film wurde auf zwei digitalen RED-Kinokameras gedreht. Unter den Schauspielern ist unter anderem John Rhys-Davies, bekannt durch seine Rolle als “Gimli” in “Herr der Ringe”. <\/span>
